Overview:

Seeking a Scrum Master to support Agile delivery of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) initiatives in an industrial environment. This role partners with EAM leads and cross-functional teams to enable delivery of solutions related to maintenance, work management, and MRO processes.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)


• Support delivery of EAM initiatives (work orders, scheduling, maintenance execution)


• Manage dependencies across maintenance, warehouse, and procurement teams


• Remove impediments and drive continuous improvement


• Support backlog refinement and ensure readiness of user stories
