Role Overview (Maintenance Lead)

The SAP S/4HANA EAM Lead is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and optimization of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) capabilities within SAP S/4HANA, with a strong focus on work management, detailed scheduling, and integrated MRO supply chain execution. This role plays a critical part in connecting maintenance operations, warehouse execution, and procurement to ensure high asset availability, efficient maintenance execution, and optimized inventory management.

This role requires deep hands on expertise in S/4HANA Asset Management, work order planning and scheduling, and directed warehouse processes for MRO parts, along with strong integration knowledge of SAP Ariba.
