Job Summary

• The Maintenance Installation Business Developer is responsible for driving new business growth by identifying, pursuing, and securing contracts for small scale landscape construction services and installation projects. This role requires a strong balance of sales expertise, industry knowledge, and relationship management to expand the client base, increase revenue, and ensure long-term customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and cold outreach
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities for installation projects outside the Maintenance book of business.
