Summary This position is assigned to the MWR Recreation Lodging operation Naval Weapons Station Earle, NJ. MWR Recreational Lodging offers accommodations for Recreational Vehicle (RV) Parks, Vacation Rentals and Campgrounds. The purpose of this position is to provide assistance with facilities maintenance work by performing simple and routine tasks in two or more skilled trades: plumbing; washer/dryer repair; heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning (HVAC); electrical; carpentry; and/or painting. Responsibilities Executes maintenance related tasks requiring the use of skills associated with a variety of trades. Performs recurring assignments, e.g. follows up on maintenance requests reported by guests, housekeeping or front desk. Maintains work order log and follow up as required.
