Job Description

- Lead and manage the engineering team to meet project and operational goals
- Plan and oversee engineering activities, including design, production support, and process improvement
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality and safety standards
- Coordinate with production, quality, and other departments to support operations
- Drive continuous improvement, cost reduction, and productivity initiativ
- Review technical documents and resolve engineering issues
- Manage engineering resources, KPIs, and report progress to management
- Support new product introduction and assigned engineering projects
- Other tasks assigned by manager
