Position Summary:

Person in this position will be responsible for supervising the repair and the maintenance of WestCare facilities. Essential Job Functions include those listed below.

+ Maintain the facility grounds and maintain buildings in a safe and efficient operating condition;

+ Maintain an inventory of supplies, donated items and a tool control system;

+ Maintain, schedule and perform duties associated with the maintenance of the facility and grounds;

+ Respond to routine emergencies and make normal repairs;

+ Define problems and provide assessments for anything that must be repaired or replaced;

+ Respond to work orders on a daily basis;
