Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily maintenance activities and repairs
• Perform hands-on maintenance and general repair work when required
• Manage preventative maintenance schedules and ensure work is completed on time
• Supervise contractors and maintenance staff where necessary
• Ensure facilities, equipment, and infrastructure are maintained to a high standard
• Handle basic electrical, plumbing, welding, tiling, painting, and building repairs
• Maintain irrigation systems, electric fencing, and general grounds maintenance
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
• Source maintenance materials and manage maintenance-related stock and tools
• Report maintenance issues and provide feedback on completed work
