Job Description
Preventative/corrective maintenance of EVMS buildings and facilities. Major areas of concentration include plumbing, HVAC , mechanical, electrical, and other environmental systems.

Maintenance personnel are classified as essential and are required to be “On-Call” per a rotating schedule with other maintenance personnel. During emergencies or inclement weather all personnel are instructed and expected to report to work as needed. This could be during normal working hours when all other personnel are not working due to closing, or after normal working hours.
