This role is key to keeping our hotel operating at maximum capacity. This is a varied and interesting position where your skills as an electrician, plumber or painter, maintenance will be put to good use and you will continue to develop your skills in all kinds of maintenance areas. Working in a small but efficient team you will take on daily tasks inside and outside hotel rooms, guest and public areas and even within the F&B environment. Your quick work will ensure that everything operates as smoothly as it should.

• Attend to all Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing repairs maintenance of the hotel facilities, including the physical building structure, fixtures & fittings, plant and related equipment in accordance with energy conservation, preventative and reactive maintenance good practice.
• Complete weekly maintenance schedule and work
• Carry out regular maintenance inspections of the building, plant and equipment as per the daily checklist.
