Role : Maintenance and Reliability Engineering Supervisor

Job Purpose

This position will lead engineering and maintenance activities at two small plant locations to support business growth and is responsible for continuous improvement activities to achieve safety, quality, service, and cost performance expectations.

Essential duties and Success Outcomes

Lead all hiring, training, and development of the three-person maintenance team to maximize growth, retention and productivity.

Plan, direct and monitor preventative and corrective maintenance (i.e., repair activities) to ensure the company s buildings, facilities, machinery, and production equipment operate reliably and efficiently. Success is measured through down time rate, PM completion, food safety audit results, and team productivity measured as work orders/tech, work order closure rate, and other maintenance KPIs.
