Candidate will maintain building and equipment including trouble-shooting and repairing mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, laundry and kitchen equipment. 3 years building maintenance experience, with hotel experience preferred.

90 Day Probationary Rate: $33.84 per hour/Hourly Rate: $39.81 per hour
