**Job Description -**

• Provides daily monitoring of computer platforms. Ensures all daily scheduled computer production work is completed accurately.
• Conducts scheduling and system monitoring tasks using appropriate tools.
• Troubleshoots operational issues as 1st level support and notifies appropriate support personnel for problem resolution.
• Records all trouble ticket issues/incidents and provides follow-up to customers.
