This role offers a stable 50-hour work week with built-in overtime and comprehensive training on first shift with a flexible schedule. You will set up and run milling machines, interpret technical documentation, and ensure parts meet precise specifications in a production machine shop environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Maintain part and process specifications by observing tooling, taking precise measurements, detecting malfunctions, troubleshooting processes, adjusting machine controls, and replacing worn tools as needed.
+ Read and interpret customer blueprints and company operation sheets to determine machining requirements and ensure accurate part production.
+ Utilize machine control systems to set up and operate milling machines safely and efficiently.
