Summary This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. You will accomplish work in the Machine shop, Moorings yard and adjacent buildings, on floating plants; and may require travel to remote repair sites on an emergency basis.
