Lead, guide, and support the team by coordinating workloads, offering assistance to ensure production targets are achieved and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and quality standards are met. This is a working Team Lead role.

+ Create a proactive safety culture through safety training, weekly safety meetings, a commitment to 5S and ongoing team compliance to safety policies and standards.
