**Job Title: Machine Operator**

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled **Machine Operator** to operate, set up, and maintain automated screw machines in a manufacturing environment. This role involves monitoring production, performing routine maintenance, ensuring product quality, and supporting general shop operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Operate and set up automated screw machines.
+ Load raw materials and unload finished products.
+ Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
+ Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot basic issues.
+ Perform routine maintenance, including oil and coolant checks.
+ Assist with cleaning, packing, and material movement.

**Qualifications:**

+ Previous machine operation and maintenance experience required.
+ Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
+ Mechanical aptitude and experience using hand tools.
+ High School Diploma or equivalent.
