**Job Title: Machine Operator**
**Job Description**
As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and calibrating the edgebander with precision, ensuring the adjustment of feed speeds, cutter heads, and pressure settings to meet specific job requirements. Your role will include conducting continuous in-process quality control, inspecting finished products for perfect edge alignment, adhesion, and overall quality. You will also take ownership of the machine's performance by conducting routine preventative maintenance and troubleshooting operational issues to minimize downtime. Additionally, you will inspect and prepare all raw materials, ensuring components meet strict quality and dimensional standards before the edgebanding process begins.
