**Job Title: Machine Operator**

**Job Summary**

Operate and monitor production and packaging equipment following SOPs to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency. Work with teams to meet production goals.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Set up, operate, and adjust machinery
+ Assist with changeovers and basic troubleshooting
+ Perform quality checks and maintain documentation
+ Follow GMP, HACCP, and safety standards
+ Maintain a clean work area

**Requirements**

+ 6+ months manufacturing experience (GMP preferred)
+ Machine operation and mechanical aptitude
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
+ Basic math, reading, and documentation skills
+ Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused

**Work Schedule**

+ Night shift: 6:30 PM – 6:50 AM (2-2-3 schedule)
+ 4 weeks day-shift training
