About the role

As an Analyst on transactional insurance deals, the M&A Analyst will handle a variety of workstreams in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment. The role will be very hands-on and provide in-depth exposure to M&A and corporate transactions.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing M&A documents, including financial statements and purchase agreements
• Assisting with supporting clients on M&A related matters
• Directly supporting senior brokers on live M&A deals
