Overview

As an M365 Collaboration engineer, you will be the driving force behind our Microsoft 365 platform strategy — championing adoption, governing the platform at scale, and building solutions that empower end-users across the organization. You bridge the gap between technical capability and business value, ensuring M365 is used effectively, securely, and consistently across teams.

Responsibilities

• Platform Ownership & Governance: Own the M365 platform strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle — defining standards, policies, and guardrails for platform usage across the organization; Establish and enforce governance frameworks covering SharePoint/MS Teams Policies, external sharing policies, information architecture, and retention policies; Monitor platform health, usage analytics, and compliance posture using the M365 Admin Center, Microsoft Purview and Power Platform COE; Collaborate with IT Security and Compliance teams to align platform governance with...
