Salary: £100,000-£120,000 + Bonus + Benefits

Role Overview

We’re seeking a Commercial Director (M&E) to lead commercial strategy, drive profitability, and strengthen client relationships for a major building services contractor based in Cardiff. This is a senior leadership role for someone who thrives on shaping commercial frameworks, negotiating high‑value contracts, and steering business growth across complex M&E projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Commercial Leadership – Own the commercial strategy across all M&E projects, ensuring robust governance, risk management, and margin protection.




• Contract Management – Lead negotiation and administration of NEC/JCT contracts, ensuring compliance and commercial clarity.




• Business Growth – Identify new revenue opportunities, support bids, and strengthen market positioning.
