LVN/Outpatient

Location: 10100 Culver Blvd, Culver City, CA 90232 Training will occur in Playa Vista UC 4x10 schedule with every other weekend and some holidays required Monday-Friday Saturday-Sunday Schedule restrictions and requests for schedule changes cannot be accommodated.

Required:

• 1 year of outpatient experience
• Urgent Care or ER experience
• IV Certified
• Proficiency with high volume and difficult stick IV starts and blood/lab draws

Certs REQ: BLS and IV Certified

Is on-call REQ? No

Will the clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes

Locals accepted: Yes - Within a 50 mile radius is considered local

Pending License accepted: No

RTO Restrictions: None

Special Requirements: Must be proficient in blood/lab draws.
