Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

Job Requirements: Experience: 1 year in an outpatient setting. CA LVN. Certs: BLS (AHA or ARC only), IV & Blood withdrawal certification. Special Requirements: Peds exp REQ. Experience with pediatric blood draws, peds vaccination schedule, and well child checks - all strongly preferred.
