Management

• Assists in developing and monitoring work schedules for all Caregivers and Nursing staff to ensure adequate staffing for quality resident care
• Assists with hiring process of Caregivers and Nursing staff as directed by Wellness Director and DRCS
• Assists with marketing responsibilities and networks with referral sources within the healthcare community
• Assists with training of staff members on health-related topics
• Acts as a role model to other staff members in terms of professional appearance, communication, and conduct
