• Assist walk‑in customers by introducing and selling luxury products.
• Photograph customer‑brought items using a smartphone and send the images to the company's appraisal department.
• Communicate appraisal results and propose appropriate purchase prices to customers based on the evaluation.
• Coordinate the overseas export of purchased products, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with regulations.
• Provide translation and interpretation support to facilitate smooth store operations and effective communication.
• Oversee day‑to‑day store operations to ensure a seamless and pleasant customer experience.
• Prepare and submit regular performance and activity reports to the Japanese headquarters.
