The posted salary range reflects the base rate up to A2 Max; actual compensation may be higher in accordance with the collective agreement, considering years of experience and QECO classification. In accordance with the current OECTA Collective Agreement, priority placement will be given to any qualified redundant and supernumerary permanent teachers in order of seniority before offering the position to an occasional teacher.
