Our client, is a Healthcare company, is looking for a LTC LPN for their New Lisbon, WI location. Responsibilities:

+ The Licensed Practical Nurse position assesses and passes medication to residents, reports to physician any changes they have, reports to charge nurse, updates family members, and assists CNAs.

+ Administer medications to residents while following the 5 Rights

+ Report any allegations of abuse, neglect and misappropriation to Director of Nursing and Administrator

+ Report any change in condition to the charge nurse

+ Assist CNAs with answering call lights and other responsibilities

+ Update physicians, family members, etc. of change in condition as needed

+ Perform other duties as requested.
