(What the role is) (LTA-PT) ASSISTANT MANAGER, BUS OPERATIONS (What you will be working on) You will be part of the team to oversee bus safety governance and audit matters for public bus operations: Coordinate and provide secretariat support for bus safety meetings involving internal and external stakeholders.
Conduct statistical analysis of public bus accidents to generate management reports for safety improvement and mitigation measure recommendations.
Curate quarterly Bus Safety Bulletins to highlight emerging public bus safety issues, industry best practices, and proposed mitigation measures.
Arrange public engagements/ initiatives on bus safety to raise awareness and create educational materials for community groups and schools.
Organise annually and biennially the Bus Safety Roadshow and Public Transport Safety and Security Award Day respectively.
