About the Role We are seeking a dynamic, motivated and experienced individual with strong analytical and communication skills to join the Commercial Arrangements (Cross Border & Local Arrangements) team in the Policy Division. The team plays a key role in formulating land transport strategies and policies and spearheading new strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities - Formulate commercial and regulatory policies for new rail projects in the LTA, including the appointment of the operator for domestic rail lines such as the Cross Island Line (CRL) and the Singapore Rail Test Centre (SRTC).
- Formulate policies for the Johor‑Bahru Singapore Rapid Transit System (RTS) Link and drive bilateral engagement with Malaysia on the commercial aspects of the RTS Link project.
- Work closely with stakeholders in the LTA, the Ministry of Transport and other agencies within the Singapore Government on the development and implementation of these projects.
