What the role is: PRINCIPAL / SENIOR / LAND EXECUTIVE, LAND
What you will be working on: - Assist in the planning, coordination, and management of land acquisition and securing of land for transport infrastructure projects.
- Advice on land-related matters, budgeting and ensure alignment with regulatory policies and development guidelines.
- Utilize Geospatial Information Systems (GIS) to manage, analyze, and visualize spatial data related to land and infrastructure assets.
- Maintain and update land and geospatial databases, maps, and related documentation.
- Liaise with government agencies to resolve land-related matters.
What we are looking for: - Knowledge in Real Estate, Land Management, Urban Planning, Geography, Geomatics, or a related discipline.
