Key Responsibilities:
Administer and maintain AWS RDS databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server) and NoSQL databases DynamoDB, MongoDB).Apply ITIL-aligned incident, change, and problem management practices in daily operations.Ensure database performance, availability, and scalability through proactive monitoring and tuning.Design and implement automated solutions for provisioning, backup, recovery, and scaling using AWS-native tools and scripting.Provide L2 operational support, including root cause analysis and issue resolution aligned with ITIL service operations.Implement security controls, data protection, and compliance in line with cloud and ITIL governance frameworks.Support business continuity and disaster recovery strategies, including high availability and replication.Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation, ensuring timely response to ...
