Licensed Practical Nurse

The LPN is responsible for primary care of the patient in collaboration with the provider. This nurse must be able to effectively communicate both in written and oral form. Excellent interpersonal communication skills. The nurse must be capable of prioritizing and organizing tasks related to optimal patient care. The nurse is expected to support the Center's mission of patient centered care and adhere to the Center policies and procedures, as well as applicable federal and state regulations. He/she is expected to demonstrate superior nursing skills and facilitation of nursing skills as part of the patient care experience. The position requires the ability to work flexible hours including some weekends and evenings.
