+ Good Shepherd Fairview Home is looking for a reliable and compassionate LPN to join our team in providing quality of life care to our 54 beloved Residents.



Sign-on Bonus

Full-time position = $6000.00 total

After 90 days = $1200.00

After 6 months = $1800.00

After 1 year = $3000.00





Position Details

Weekend-Only program, 4 days on, 3 days off. Work Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday.

Full-time position – 32 hours per week (64hours/ bi - weekly pay schedule)

Evening (2:45pm - 11:15pm) shifts available
