Salary ranges from $20 to $22 per hour based on education and experience.
Provide nursing care and treatment to individuals as prescribed by licensed providers and as directed by the supervising RN. This may include mealtime assistance, and personal care.
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with provider orders, OPWDD guidelines, and agency policy.
Observe, record, and report changes in individuals' physical or mental health status to the RN or provider promptly.
Assist in the implementation of each individual's Plan of Nursing Services (PONS) and contribute to updates through observation and documentation.
Maintain accurate, timely, and complete health and medication records in compliance with OPWDD and agency standards.
Participate in the prevention, identification, and management of illness or injury.
