Shift : 8-Hour Days (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, Every Other Weekend Required)
Pay Package:
Weekly Gross: $1,650.00
Breakdown:
W2 Pay Rate (Taxable): $16.00/hour
Non-Taxable Weekly Per-Diem : $1,050.00
Requirements:

• 75-mile radius rule applies.
• Minimum 1 year of LPN experience in Long-Term Care settings.
• BLS certification required.
• Valid NY LPN license.
• Must float to all units within the facility (40-bed unit).
• Patient populations include MS, ortho, dementia, and memory care.
• Experience with EMR system: PointClick Care.
