Theprimary purpose of the Licensed Practical Nurse position is to provide directnursing care and services to assure resident safety to residents as a member ofan interdisciplinary team of care providers and to plan, supervise and evaluatethe day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants.
JOBDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Plan,assign, supervise and evaluate all responsibilities to be performed by membersof the nursing staff under your supervision, so that care and services areprovided on the basis of staff qualifications, resident acuity, required dutiesand physical layout of the facility.
• Provideleadership, mentoring and guidance to associates for whom you are responsible.
