Cleveland Clinic Homecare provides skilled nursing, social services and physical, occupational and speech therapy for patients returning home after a hospital stay, outpatient procedure or doctor's visit. This team continues Cleveland Clinic treatment at home and helps patients learn or re-learn any skills necessary to stay safe and independent at home. As a Licensed Practice Nurse, you will visit and provide care to approximately 6 patients each day in the comfort of their own homes. Caregivers in this position will provide exceptional care to our patients living in the Akron/Canton area.
