Location : 1630 Commanche Ave, Green Bay, WI 54313
FTE Status : Full Time, 0.80 FTE (32 hours/week)
Work Schedule : Intermittent early starts, late evenings as needed by employer contract; Shifts are Monday-Friday, generally 8-hours in length with occasional variance; No weekends or holidays

Job Description:
Responsible for patient care under the direct supervision of the Provider/Registered Nurse. Records patient care given and reports to appropriate person with changes in patient's condition; consults with RN/Provider when uncertain about nursing or medical act; provides basic health instructions and reinforces teaching by other health team members.
