As Customer Engagement Specialist , you’ll play an important role in supporting operational excellence across Genesis’ LPG business, connecting people, solving problems and improving the way we work. You’ll act as a key operational liaison across LPG customer operations, taking ownership of complex customer and operational matters, driving issue resolution and helping turn insights into better outcomes for customers, teams and the business.
Working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, you’ll support safe, efficient and customer‑focused operations while contributing to process improvement, operational governance and change initiatives across LPG.
