Job Summary

This role sits at the center of Choice Hotels’ Loyalty Partnerships strategy, supporting the development and execution of high‑impact partnerships that drive member engagement and incremental revenue. The Manager will lead analytical evaluation, partnership development, and deal structuring efforts across a portfolio of prospective and existing partners. This individual will work closely with the Director to shape partnership constructs, build compelling partner narratives, and support negotiations. The role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, financial acumen, and storytelling.


Responsibilities
+ Lead analytical evaluation of partnership opportunities, including market sizing, financial modeling (ROI, NPV, breakeven), and member value assessment
