Not all construction companies are the same. And the reality is, not all construction leaders are the same. You get the guys that cheerlead and try to be best friends with everyone but don’t add any value. You get the guys that scream and yell and abuse people into action because they don’t understand the work or the people they serve. But that’s not you. You’re different. You’re not the same… just like us.

We’re not the “typical” construction company — and as such, we’re not looking for the typical construction leader. We build 20–100 unit multifamily buildings in Muskoka and Southwestern Ontario, usually three projects at a time, with a small, high-performance, vertically integrated team using industry-standard tools like Procore and Smartsheets. And we’re looking for someone ready to dominate, ready to leave their mark, and ready to be remembered as one of the best we’ve ever seen.
