Responsibilities
Supervise daily yard operations, including material staging, loading, offloading, and storage
Coordinate loading schedules and dispatch priorities to meet project delivery deadlines
Ensure the safe and accurate loading of trucks and trailers in accordance with dispatch requirements
Conduct pre-dispatch inspections and verify material readiness with relevant departments
Manage yard space, stock movement, and material flow to optimise operational efficiency
Lead and support yard personnel, ensuring compliance with safety, housekeeping, and security standards
Monitor loading equipment and ensure safe handling practices are followed
Liaise with dispatch, stores, and production teams to coordinate inbound and outbound materials
