As a Last Mile Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring an optimal delivery experience for our customers, by ensuring the performance and reliability of the service. Your duties include:
Managing order delivery activity: ensure daily monitoring of delivery flows and guarantee deadlines are met. Adapting resources and means: plan and adjust staffing and vehicles based on operational needs and volumes. Implementing and monitoring KPIs: define, analyze, and track last-mile performance indicators (deadlines, success rates, customer satisfaction, costs). Managing specific flows: supervise the delivery process, from payment to delivery, and the management of store returns. Required profile :
