Overall responsibility for the stock management process ensuring physical stock levels align with the ERP and materials are processed using FIFO methods
Own the departmental cost centre achieving this in budget whilst identifying and then delivering cost reduction within the logistics process
Management and maintenance of all MHE on site
Ensuring all areas of the warehouse, racking & yards are a safe place to work
Provide leadership and direction to the logistics team
Motivate, coach and develop a high performing logistics team
Proactively plan and engage with other departments to ensure a collaborative approach and effective resolution of issues impacting the stock management process and warehouse function.
Be the point of escalation for the Logistics team on SSQCCP in line with the Tier process
