Logistics Officer (OFR) – Malaysia (Supporting Singapore Operations)

We are seeking a highly motivated Logistics Officer to manage end‑to‑end spare parts logistics operations, ensuring parts availability, coordinating international shipments, managing customs clearance, and supporting critical customer service activities across the region.

Responsibilities

Logistics & Order Management

• You are responsible to manage end‑to‑end logistics activities, including purchase order creation, spare parts sourcing, shipment coordination, customs clearance, last‑mile delivery, and return management.
• You are responsible to monitor and maintain spare parts availability across Global Customer Service Logistics Centers and external logistics providers.
• You are responsible to coordinate, expedite, and elevate critical spare parts orders according to established OPC guidelines to ensure uninterrupted customer support.
