Manage inventory levels and ensure accuracy of stock records 
Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and transport providers for timely deliveries 
Prepare shipping documents (delivery notes, invoices, permits, etc.) 
Track shipments and resolve delays or issues 
Optimize logistics processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency 
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements 
Maintain logistics records and generate reports 
Oversee loading/unloading and proper handling of goods 
Support procurement and supply chain activities 
Implement safety and quality standards in logistics operations
