            Responsibilities Oversee strategic planning, budgeting, and team supervision for logistics operations 
Manage receiving, warehousing, and distribution activities to ensure efficient workflows 
Plan and evaluate daily logistics operations, including inbound/outbound transport and fleet management 
Negotiate rates with carriers and service providers to reduce transportation costs 
Coordinate inventory control and warehouse layout to improve stock accuracy and fulfillment efficiency 
Monitor key performance indicators (OTIF) and implement corrective actions 
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements 
Drive process improvements using Lean principles and technology solutions 
Act as a safety representative and support delivery operations when required
