Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, handling, packing, and shipping activities.
  • Supervise, train, and develop warehouse staff, including material handlers and admin personnel, to maintain high performance and accuracy.
  • Optimize resource utilization, including manpower and warehouse space, to support operational efficiency
  • Establish and enforce warehouse policies, safety standards, and compliance with trade, customs, and ISO regulations.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock reconciliation, and annual physical inventory exercises.
  • Drive continuous improvement through process optimization, system implementation, and use of Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Support EHS initiatives, risk assessments, and proper handling of controlled materials while leading special projects as required.
