SUMMARY:
Our client based in the West rand seeking the expertise of a Logistics Manager to join their team. This position requires an individual who is highly skilled, analytical and organised to manage all logistical activities relating to fresh produce being delivered to  clients in the correct order and on time.

POSITION INFO:
The Logistics Manager will also ensure that the daily logistics operations throughout the farm are handled seamlessly.
Minimum qualification, skills and requirements:

• 5 years logistics management experience, ideally within the fresh produce industry.
• Degree or diploma in logistics management or similar qualification.
• Strong leadership skills are required to co-ordinate and manage all truck drivers and their assistants on a daily basis.
• Strong administrative and computer skills are essential.
• Mechanical knowledge will be favourable.
