We are seeking a
Logistics Executive
to join our Logistics department in Advario. In this role, you will plan and manage the logistical activities of the terminal based on the storage customers' requirements and terminal operational facilities. You will also work in tandem with Operations to plan customers cargo nominations efficiently and generates periodic reports and provides updates on stock inventories to customers and authorities.
Your Tasks: 1) Perform customer service tasks: Plan logistical activities effectively and efficiently based on understanding customers' nominations and terminal's operational capabilities through planning vessels turnaround, other product movement efficiently, and managing the flows materials in/out of the terminal Possess the abilities to develop & implement schedules for vessel operations, and able to work under pressure in fast paced environment Attend to queries and complaints with regards to the logistical activities and provide solutions ...
